The Arrohattoc district roundtables are held monthly at
7:30PM normally on the 1st Thursday of the month
excluding July. The meetings are held at the
Southwest Church of Christ
located on 5340 Courthouse Rd,
Chesterfield, VA 23832 in
Chesterfield County, Virginia.

The Roundtable are for
Unit, Venture, Den and pack leaders join for fun and
fellowship while learning new tricks, stunts, games,
crafts, ceremonies, songs, and skits related to the
Scouting theme and possible activity badges for
the following month. There are also opportunities for
sharing ideas and activities with leaders from other
Units, Dens, Packs and Venture Crews.
The Arrohattoc roundtables are a form
of supplemental training for volunteers. The objective
of roundtables is to give these leaders program ideas;
information on policy, events, and training
opportunities; and an opportunity to share experiences
and enjoy fun and fellowship with other Scouting
leaders. The roundtable commissioner and staff
demonstrate elements of a model meeting that leaders may
use as a pattern for their own meetings. As a result of
the roundtable experience, unit leaders will be
inspired, motivated, and able to provide a stronger
program for their Scouts.
Roundtable is also a place where the
Arrohattoc district is able to hand out information
pertaining to district functions. This is also the
place where scouts working towards their Eagle Scout
will present their Eagle Scout projects for district
review and approval.
